Cabbage lettuce is a traditional Dutch variety. This succulent young lettuce with dense, broad leaves has a sweet and fresh taste.
Cleaning and storing
Remove the leaves of the lettuce and tear them (never cut lettuce) after washing and drying. Store your lettuce in an open plastic bag in the refrigerator and it should last two to three days.
Preparation and Applications
Works well in all types of salads.
Year round as cut crop or as root ball lettuce.
