Oak leaves with chicken and Brussels sprouts
- 1 kipperij or large chicken fillet, in cubes
- 400 gr of sprouts, cleaned and possibly. halved
- Coconut oil for baking
- 1/2 body oak leaf slice, in small pieces
- spoon of olive oil
- Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation and Applications
Bake the kipperij or chicken fillet with coconut oil brown and cooked.
Heat some coconut oil into another frying pan and bake the sprouts until they are cooked.
Divide the lettuce over two plates and sprinkle with some olive oil. Spoon the chicken and the sprouts and sprinkle the whole with pepper and salt to taste.
